Jan Ringius

I have programmed more or less for over 30 years, but also worked with education, project management and work management. Since programming has always been what I found most enjoyable, I have been back at the keyboard for five years. I like it best in situations where I am involved in developing solutions in close cooperation with the customer / requirements maker and that is where I thrive at my best; in situations where you get to discuss with claimants, get an understanding of requirements and underlying business logic to then be involved in the development of a solution.

In recent years I have worked in such widely distributed fields as bioinformatics (statistical analysis, machine learning), flying systems (navigation systems for fighter aircraft) and logistics (warehouse systems).
